After the recent, and nearly 4 day power outage in August of 2013. I finally decided that was the last time this would happen, and needed to install a back-up generator at my home. I contacted Metro Electric, and inquired about there company doing this type of residential installation. Bill, Mark and the entire team were knowledgeable, prompt, clean and courteous in the execution of the generator installation. Metro Electric handled the entire assessment of my home power needs, and the complete installation. Including the natural gas requirements, and upgrades to the electrical panel inside my home. I now have a completely automatic system to transfer my electrical power over to the stand-by generator.
