Holiday Food Drive

This past December, Metro Electric held a food drive to help out the Samaritan House here in Romeo. The Samaritan House’ mission is to serve low-income households within our region by mobilizing the local community, and providing assistance in dealing with personal and financial hardships.
Their primary function is an emergency food pantry but they also help with rent and utility assistance in emergency situations. Metro Electric had a fantastic turnout and would like to thank everyone who contributed! The holidays are a time to take a step back and remind ourselves how fortunate we are. Metro Electric employees had the privilege of sharing gifts with those less fortunate and we would like that thank each and everyone of you for your donations. One less family will go hungry this Christmas season.
